Payroll Policy
Compensation Schedule: Employees and contractors will be paid on a bi-weekly basis, with paydays scheduled for every other Friday. Payroll will be processed on the preceding Wednesday to ensure timely distribution via direct deposit
Deductions

Client Onboarding: Clients will receive an initial virtual consultation to understand their needs and expectations. A dedicated point of contact will be assigned to each client for seamless communication.
Communication
Regular updates on service progress will be provided through emails, calls, or scheduled meetings.
Any client concerns or feedback must be addressed promptly, with resolution aimed within two business day.
Client Feedback: Feedback will be actively solicited after service delivery to ensure satisfaction and improve processes.
Surveys or feedback forms may be used for consistent quality checks.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be handled professionally and in accordance with the terms outlined in the client agreement.
Mediation may be sought if a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication.
Buyout Policy: If a client wishes to hire a contractor or employee placed by Revilot Career Connections directly, a buyout fee will apply. This fee will be detailed in the client agreement and is calculated based on the length of the placement and the agreed-upon terms. Written notice of intent to hire must be provided, and the buyout process must be completed before transitioning the individual to direct employment with the client.
